About Us

We SERVe PHARMA'S MOST AMBITIOUS LEADERS

DTG was created to support the most ambitious, forward-thinking leaders of CMC, Pharma Manufacturing and high-growth Biotechs – the people driving digitalisation and automation for improved performance, supply chain resilience and, ultimately, to deliver innovative medicines to patients faster.

We understand the scale of risk that comes with such high-potential, high-value operational transformation.  We also know how challenging it is to manage that risk when the market is so crowded with technical solutions and high-level strategies.

For many, a Digital Transformation and Automation programme is a once-in-a-career venture requiring new capabilities, modern infrastructure and meaningful cultural change – with no clear blueprint as to what “right” looks like for an individual organisation.

Transformation at this scale cannot be achieved alone.

This is where we come in.

WE'VE LIVED THE LEADERSHIP

We are a team of former senior leaders of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering and Automation Strategy for Global Pharmaceutical companies.

We’ve sat in your seat and we’ve held the accountability.

Combining deep, first-hand industry experience with exceptional software and chemical engineering talent, DTG’ helps leaders realise the vision and deliver strategy.

Our peer-to-peer service model extends your leadership team with the allies and trusted advisors you need to drive performance, make transformational change happen and, ultimately, deliver innovative medicines to patients faster.
